I found these by searching Etsy for 'wine bottle cover'. I LOVE the one with the book pages. I might try it. I don't know how she got it to look so good around the neck of the bottle, though.
Wouldn't it look great if you had a few bottles in different sizes all covered in book pages and grouped together? Yea!!!! Thanks Etsy! You rock!
